1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kue9 ("kue9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kue9 online betting and casino platform accessible at kue9.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the kue9 Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. kue9 will request identity verification documents confirming your date of birth as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. If you are found to be under the age of 21 at any point, your account will be immediately closed and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

kue9 is an offshore platform. Access to and use of the Platform is your personal decision and responsibility. You warrant that you have independently verified that accessing kue9 is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. kue9 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Bangladesh or any other territory.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. kue9 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kue9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any accumulated balances being voided.

2.5 Account on Behalf of Others

You may not open an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your kue9 account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kue9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

You must notify kue9 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kue9 may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is conducted. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kue9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment details:

• A government-issued photographic identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

kue9 will process KYC documents within two (2) business days of submission. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. kue9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. kue9 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The applicable inactivity fee will be communicated to the user in the notice prior to deduction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kue9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. kue9 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or transfers from accounts not registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods, and for withdrawals, are displayed within the cashier section of your kue9 account at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated periodically without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your kue9 balance within seconds of mobile banking confirmation. Deposits via card or bank transfer may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be reflected in your account. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. kue9 may apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-fraud systems. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the kue9 compliance team.

4.5 Refused Transactions

kue9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, kue9 may retain funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kue9 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility rules which will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount awarded. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that a user must place total bets equal to twenty times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kue9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between users to exploit bonus conditions, and systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonus-derived balances will be voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice. It is the user's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on kue9 are subject to acceptance by kue9 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform displays a bet receipt with a unique transaction reference. kue9 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the kue9 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In-play odds in particular fluctuate in real time. A bet placed at a specific price will be honoured at that price once a valid bet receipt is generated. If a bet cannot be accepted at the requested odds, the user will be offered the updated odds or the option to cancel the bet request.

6.3 Void Bets

kue9 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event's official result was determined; (b) the market was opened or priced in error; (c) the event was cancelled or abandoned before completion; or (d) there is clear evidence that the odds offered were the result of a technical error. Voided bets are refunded to the user's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

kue9 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market type, and per user per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the calculated return.

6.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For all cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — the following additional rules apply: (a) matches must be completed for all result markets to stand, unless specific in-play completion rules state otherwise; (b) the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result is the official result for weather-interrupted matches; (c) super-over results apply where a super over is used to determine the winner of a tied match.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific casino games on the kue9 Platform may vary over time due to provider licensing, technical maintenance, or other operational factors. kue9 makes no guarantee that any specific game will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily remove games from the lobby without prior notice.

7.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be treated as void and the stake for that round will be returned to the user's account balance. kue9 will not honour any winnings calculated from a round that was affected by a verified technical malfunction. This policy applies to all game categories including live dealer tables, online slots, and crash games.

7.3 Live Casino Conduct

Users accessing live dealer tables on kue9 must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. kue9 reserves the right to exclude any user from live casino tables, temporarily or permanently, if that user's behaviour — including any communications submitted via live chat features within the game — is deemed abusive, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

7.4 RNG Certification

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kue9 Platform — including but not limited to the kue9 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of kue9 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in any kue9 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the kue9 Platform without express prior written consent from kue9. Unauthorised use of kue9 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

kue9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, or events beyond kue9's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kue9 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if kue9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability

Where kue9 is found liable to you for direct damages in connection with your use of the Platform, kue9's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your kue9 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

kue9 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) or third-party game content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). Any dispute arising from a third-party service must be directed to that service provider in the first instance.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by User

Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

13.2 Termination by kue9

kue9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kue9 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to kue9, other users, or third parties.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the kue9 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Privacy & Data) — shall continue in full force after termination.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kue9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kue9 will notify registered users by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the kue9 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms.
